There are two major options for Ukulhas transfer. The Easiest way is by Speedboat. Now days the main company that is operating the trips is Coral. A one way ticket costs 50$ for adults, child from 2y to 12y 25$ and children under 2 years free.
To assure you seats on the boat you should make a reservation through you Guest House.
Once you finish all the passport control and you get your baggage you can search the Counter D11, and t ask about the Coral speedboat, where a representative will be waiting for you and takes you to the speedboat.
Boat Schedule (Duration: 90 minutes): Airport/Male to Ukulhas Departure 10:30am and 16:00, (Fridays 9:30am). Depart from Jetty no. 1 in Male, or from Airport Jetty. Ukulhas to Malé Departure Time: 07:00am and 13:00 (Friday 14:00) Depart from Ukulhas Ferry Terminal. Arrive to the Airport at about 8:45am and 14:45pm. Don’t worry if your flight arrived too early and you will have to wait a few hours at the airport you can leave your luggage in the deposit (the cost is around 7$ per bag),take the ferry which is found as soon as you exit on the left from the airport and go for a touraround the Capital City, Malè (1$ per way)

Ukulhas ferry service is available for travelers twice a week. It takes more or less 4 hours to reach the island and It is a public ferry, so not expect a fancy boat but to indeed to spend some time with locals and enjoy island life. Usually, they charge 5$ per person per way.
The ferry is the number 303 and the route is called Thoddo-Male, departs from Male on Mondays and Thursdays at 09:00 and arrives at Ukulhas at 01:05 PM. The boat leaves Ukulhas at 09:45 AM and arrives in Male at 02:10 PM.
The Ferry pier to Ukulas is located in Male, to reach this pier you will have to take the Local ferry from Airport to Male and then change for the ferry 303.
we always recommend checking the mtcc website and checking that the boats are operational. sometimes they are canceled due to bad weather.
The local ferry is an excellent way to move around the Ai Atoll and reach nearby islands such as Rasdhoo, Thoddo, Mathicery and Bodofulodhoo and Feridhoo.
